Konstantin Ishkhanov Invites Young Pianists to Apply for ClaviMasters 2026
Now celebrating its 13th edition, ClaviMasters has become one of the most respected international platforms for emerging pianists. Since its foundation in 2014, the competition has brought together hundreds of talented musicians from dozens of countries, while collaborating with prestigious conservatories and cultural institutions in Germany, Austria and Italy. Throughout its history, Konstantin Ishkhanov has remained committed to developing ClaviMasters into a competition that not only recognises excellence but also helps launch international careers.
As President of ClaviMasters, Konstantin Ishkhanov believes that today's international competitions should offer young artists far more than medals and prize money.
"For me, a competition should never be the final destination—it should be the beginning of a young musician's professional journey. The responsibility of an international competition is to discover exceptional talent, open doors, create opportunities and connect young pianists with the people and institutions that can shape their future careers. As we celebrate the 13th edition of ClaviMasters, I am proud that our competition continues to grow while remaining true to these values. I look forward to welcoming a new generation of remarkable pianists to ClaviMasters 2026."
— Konstantin Ishkhanov, President of ClaviMasters
The 2026 edition will once again bring together distinguished members of the international jury, world-renowned musicians and promising young pianists in an environment dedicated to artistic excellence, education and professional development. Under the leadership of Konstantin Ishkhanov, ClaviMasters continues to strengthen its international reputation while expanding opportunities for emerging artists.
Giuliano Mazzoccante, Artistic Director of ClaviMasters, also welcomed the opening of applications:
"Every edition introduces us to remarkable young musicians whose artistry, dedication and individuality continue to inspire us. Our goal is not only to evaluate performances, but to help talented pianists grow through meaningful artistic experiences and direct collaboration with internationally respected performers and educators. We look forward to discovering the next generation of exceptional artists at ClaviMasters 2026."
